The sixth Annual “Alliance for a Sustainable Ahupua‘a (ASA)” Kealakehe and Keahuolu informational meeting to review the regional development and planning initiatives that impact our communities.

La‘i‘opua 2020, government, and community stakeholders that play a central part of the regional planning and development of Kealakehe and Keahuolu ahupua‘a will convene to share information.

The planning and development initiatives include:

  • Kona Judiciary Complex
  • Makaeo/Kealakehe Regional Park Initiative
  • DHHL Residential Homestead Development
  • Kamakana Villages- HHFDC/ Forest City Hawaii
  • La‘i‘opua 2020 Community Center Development Plans
  • NHEA-Technology Center and 21st Century Learning Facility
  • Fish and Wildlife Critical Habitat Designation
  • Queen Liliuokalani Plan
