Ululoa Hale resides in the Kealakehe Ahupua`a on Hawaiian Homelands, which gives richness to the site’s name and kaona for growth, expansion, and vastness of experience. Culturally based, this space envelops all the qualities of your `ohana: respect for yourself, each other, and the workspace. Come in, settle in, treat it as you would your home; thrive in a productive setting, go outside for a breath of air, and take in the expansive view of the Kona Coast. At the conclusion of your day, pack up neatly and clean your space in preparation for use by the next member of the Ululoa Hale work `ohana. This is the community of Ululoa Hale.
Do you need connectivity and a quiet space for distance learning? High school, college and adult students can take their virtual classes and do homework with ease in this comfortable environment. For our business partners, whether corporate, nonprofit, or solely owned, you now have a space to work, meet and hold events.
Ululoa Hale provides individual workspaces inside the building, a large collaborative table, and individual spaces outside on the open-air lānai. Internal workspaces offer you a desk, chair, electrical outlets, and WiFi access. The external workspaces include a casual setting of individual chairs and tables, electrical outlets and WiFi access. Additional amenities for all include free parking, air-conditioned building, and inside/outside restrooms. The building is secured with an alarm and security camera system.
