Mōhala Youth Culinary Program

This free Culinary Program offers hands-on experiences in the kitchen and beyond!


Participants cook alongside local chefs, visit farms and food producers, and learn to brand and market their own value-added products — connecting with the flavors and ingredients of West Hawai’i. The program culminates in a community Mākeke, where students showcase and sell what they’ve created.
