Our 481 sq. ft. conference room is a versatile space, ideal for meetings, trainings, and small events.

Equipped with essential amenities, this room provides a comfortable, professional environment to meet your group’s needs.

  • AC, Wi-Fi, AV equipment, large whiteboard, coffee & tea, private entrance, restrooms, free ample parking
  • Maximum capacity: 12 people


Rental Hours:

  • 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Monday through Friday
  • Four-hour minimum rental required


Rates:

  • Community Rate - $40 per hour


  • Native Hawaiian Rate* - $25 per hour


  • Refundable Security Deposit** - $250


  • Cancellation policy applies


  • Hawaii State GE Tax applicable to all rates



Native Hawaiian Rate*

Must show proof of meeting 20 USCS 80q-14, which is a "member or descendant of the aboriginal people who, before 1778, occupied and exercised sovereignty in the area that now comprises the State of Hawaii" (i.e., DHHL lease, birth certificate, Kamehameha Schoolsʻ Hoʻoulu Registry).


Refundable Security Deposit**
This deposit will be returned by check in the mail, pending a satisfactory inspection of the venue upon check-out.


Laʻiʻōpua 2020 Commercial Kitchen

The Laʻiʻōpua 2020 Commercial Kitchen is not available to venue renters due to its primary function as a dedicated space for L2020 programs, workshops, and business incubation efforts. To ensure food safety and compliance with Department of Health regulations, the kitchen is reserved for approved activities, and all users must have a Food Safety Certificate. This policy helps us maintain high standards while supporting community initiatives. We appreciate your understanding.
