Dry Box Preservation Workshops
Sun drying has long been used in Hawaiʻi as a food preservation method. Laʻiʻōpua 2020 is holding workshops to demonstrate how to harness the power of the sun to safely preserve fish, beef and other locally sourced foods using a dry box.
