Take the 2025 ‘Imi Pono Wellbeing Survey
Kamehameha Schools, Lili‘uokalani Trust, The Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Papa Ola Lōkahi, and The Queen’s Health Systems invite you to share your unique experience and perspective on wellbeing.
The 2025 ‘Imi Pono Wellbeing survey includes questions about relationships, cultural activities, community, education, and health.
The survey will take 20 minutes to complete and is open to all Hawaiʻi residents ages 18 and older. You will receive a $20 gift card to a local business in appreciation of your time (available to the first 1,500 respondents).
We hope you’ll lend your voice by taking the survey.
